KSK Extra Time

Hi,

 

My son use Android with KSK, when the time allowed is exeeded the apps are well blocked.

But i did not find how give extra time if needed ?

nd there is no request option on my son phone when app is blocked….

Welcome!

Sadly, unlike Windows/KSK, on Android/KSK, configured as BLOCK, when Device use time expires, there’s no option to allow for your child to request more time. 

IF WARN is configured, your child will receive a TIME FOR A BREAK alert, the child taps I WANT MORE → KSK grants full access, the parent is not involved in the process, apart from having configured KSK

 

Does it make sense? Not at all!

The issue has been raised with Kaspersky/KSK specialists on multiple occasions → they’ve not be responsive to fixing/changing/improving.
