KSK does not record use time and activities of laptop

I install KSK on my son laptop. But it only record 7 mins then freeze and  doesn't record any more information (using time, using apps, browse history...) 

Please check picture in attached file. 

Can you help me to fix this issue? 

KSK with license 1 year, newest version I just downloaded from homepage of Kaspersky, 

windows 10 home 

KSK parent version installed on Samsung Fold 6 phone.

Welcome!

  • *BRAVE* is not supported - Kaspersky Safe Kids will not give correct reports for BRAVE, don't use BRAVE!!*

1. In Windows Search, type WINVER - open the WINVER app, post back what is shown in the WINVER app please?

2. Go to Window, Settings, Family & other users - post a full-screen-screen-print of this screen - note - IF (your) email address shows on this screen, please hide it!  


3) Using Windows File Explorer, find the Kaspersky Safe Kids program folder:

          C:\Program Files (x86)\Kaspersky Lab\Kaspersky Safe Kids 23.0

                     or

          C:\Program Files\Kaspersky Lab\Kaspersky Safe Kids 23.0

4) Open a command prompt with administrator rights

       Search the Start menu for "cmd", right-click the resulting "Command Prompt" entry, select "Run As Administrator." 
       You should be asked for the Windows password of your Admin account. 

5) In the command prompt window, change the directory to the folder you found above. E.g.:

          cd C:\Program Files (x86)\Kaspersky Lab\Kaspersky Safe Kids 23.0

6) In the command prompt window type this:

          safekids.com update

7) Press the Enter Key

8) Wait until the update is complete then shutdown the computer using SHUTDOWN, not restart, when the computer is OFF power ON by pressing the power button, login, recheck the issue?

9) IF the issue persists, log a request with Kaspersky Customer Service, https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts  - select either Email or Chat, then fill in the template as shown; include a *detailed history*

*Also* -> IF using Chat -> *before* ending the chat -> ask the operator to email (you) a copy of the chat transcript - otherwise (you'll) have no record of the chat*       image.thumb.png.8570cbb2c1c7856217ddbb2583c7595d.png
