KSK does not lock on android phone when Wifi only and mobile data off

The title explains it all. KSK does not connect to the internet when only wifi on and mobile data off on the android smartphone. Hence, device usage restrictions are not applied and kid cannot ask for additional time in reverse in case the phone was locked before.

Once mobile data is activated and connects, KSK works as it should.
