KSK Android - Unable to shut down device when it's block

Hello all,

Do you know if there is a way to unlock the android shutdown function when KSK is blocking the device ?

because when we are in this statu, we can't shutdown the phone ? 

maybe a KSK function on parent's device ? I didn't find...

Welcome back!

1. There's many KSK blocks, which block are you referring to? 
2. Is this to shut-down the phone on a regular basis or a one off event? 
3. All of the KSK functions are controlled by the parent, it depends on the original block, which block is the problem, show us a screen print?

Hello,

1 - it timer lock, I configured hours for blocking device, with some exclusions

2 - it only to shut-off the device (by Using power key of the phone)

3 - I can't send you a screen print, the function to shut is not accessible on lock mode,

which function can I autorize ?

I'm surprised to see today that call menu is disable when block whereas It configured to bé autorized Always...

Have (you) signed into (your) MyKaspersky account on another device & turned the Device use schedule OFF, when that's done, (you) will be able to shut down the phone by using the power key.

Yes if we unlock the device there is no problem to shut off it, I explain why I need this :

When My doughter going to college, the device have to be shut off, but on the way she can use it, and I lock it if she use the phone so much time, but, in case of she used her phone more time, the device is lock, and she can't shut off it when she arrived to college...

So I need to unlock it for her to shut off. it not logical...

I think it necessary to have a exclusion on shut off function, or let the possibility to parent to shut off the device from home.

what do you think about this ?
