KSC12 Doesn't accept secure mail configuration of our web hosting in notification setting

please explain more ? Because by installing console 12 , all agents will be 12

in mail notifications setting in administration server setting, when try to enter mail account to send through SMTP like ksc@abc.com I got error invalid user formats, note our mail server require authentication.thanks

same happend to me, no secure email setting will be acceptet while configuring KES12 email-notification.  never seen before...

All test-emails will show the warning : “testmail could not be sent” and ignoring that, another message appeares:  “invalid value…” 

 

What is wrong ? Sorry for the german text, but it is the same as Mahmoud describes. 

 

any suggestions ?

Same for me. No spezial char allowed in ESMTP username and password 😡

Problem solved by Kaspersky bugfix. Just open a ticket in you business account to get the fix.

Patch A for Kaspersky Security Center 12 was released on June 8, 2020 - solving this problem too.
