KSC11 Virtual servers - restrict klmove.exe options from clients

We have KSC11 and multiple Virtual Administration Servers for different customers. Is it possible to lock virtual servers and main server console - not to accept connection from Network Agent, if it is not allowed, so that it can not connect to different virtual server or to main server. I know that klmove.exe is a tool for moving between different servers. Is there a way to lock or restrict client connection so that it doesn't move to a different server? If server adddress is seen by different customer then any agent can connect, if they know the address, that would meant free licence. thanks, Grega
