KSC11 and Self service Portal

Hello the help section about Kaspersky Self service Portal un KSC11 here https://help.kaspersky.com/KSC/11/en-US/89534.htm Is telling us "Step 6. Setting up the port for Kaspersky Security Center 10 Web Console" wich seem quite unlogical because it is said to download and download KSC11 web console. But with this one, nothing seems to be on the 8081 port. Did anybody manage to make work the Self service Portal with KSC11 ?

I have same problem KSC11 try to install self service portal and is not listening on port 8081 only on 8080 web console.
