Hi @all, we have KSC10 10.4.343 installed. network poll is not working, even though it is configured and activated. If new Clients are installed, they don't show up in unassigned devices. A workaround is to install the agent manually (pull), after this the clients show up directly. I can activate and deactivate it and the change-date/time inside the configured poll is changed as well. I hope you can help me out.

Hi, Could you please provide us with netowk poll settings sreenshot an GSI log from admin server host? Are there any hosts accessible from the KSC(ping, network shares)? Do you have DNS server? Could you please confirm that it works correctly? Thank you!

Hi Nikolay, find attached the screenshots. the complete network environment is available and the DCs/DNSservers are up and running.

Thank you for that info! Could you please provide us with klnagchk or GSI log from the host that should appear at Unassigned computers?

Hi Nikolay, the problem is that there is no agent installed unless I install it manually. you want me to provide the klnagchk anyways??

find attached the output of nslookup. Nameresolution is working fine.
