KSC10 - Network poll not working

Hi @all, we have KSC10 10.4.343 installed. network poll is not working, even though it is configured and activated. If new Clients are installed, they don't show up in unassigned devices. A workaround is to install the agent manually (pull), after this the clients show up directly. I can activate and deactivate it and the change-date/time inside the configured poll is changed as well. I hope you can help me out.
