KSC SSL connection with endpoints

Good afternoon how the ssl connection between the endpoint and the administration server is established because the digital certificate that creates the server is not installed in the endpoint, but the connection is established. How the endpoint relies on that certificate if it is signed by an unknown authority, when i search the certificate in the endpoint using mmc. I can not find the administration server certificate Thanks
