Hi

 

I am using kaspersky ksc version 13.1.both mmc and web console are installed. Using  windows 10 OS.

in last week i got following error message 

Service 'kladminserver' has been stopped due to an error. #1192 Administration Server data is inconsistent. You must uninstall Administration Server, install it again, and go through the restoring process by using the klbackup utility.

 

then i remove the ksc and reinstall it but same result ksc service not running. Then i reload the os and also change the DB and reinstall the ksc and web console but same issue 

 

kindly plz help

Did this happen after an upgrade or was everything working fine before?

Another detail, was the server damaged even after doing an installation from scratch or did you restore the database?
