KSC - service - lost user login and password

1) In the working KSC12 in / SERVICES / I set up a local account. The server has stopped working.
I went back to the / THIS ACCOUNT / option, but I don't remember my login and password

2) I tried the account that I marked with 2 in the photo, but I forgot the password for it. I changed this password for this user in Windows Server 2019. It still doesn't work.

How to fix the problem? Maybe it's not the account?
