KSC - previously opened dangerous link detected, not processed

hi i was googing and clicked on a result/website that had ksc blocked a whole bunch of items (see screenshot).

2 questions
1) i did a full system scan after and no threats detected - does that mean i'm in the clear?
2) from the logs, why is there a 10min lag between the top 2 items against the others?

1. We've opened a case with Kaspersky Virus Lab, requesting they check the site, only the Virus Lab can confirm a false positive, please wait for the outcome. 
2. Re the "delay", no idea, it happened on our machine as well, it's weird?
3. NOTE: we didn't even "click" on the site, simply googled it, our KTS  app went off like the 4th of July?

No detection from Kaspersky means your system is clean.
The potential malicious website got blocked before it reached your browser.
