KSC Old Server IP

Dear AlL.

 

We have replaced the IP address of KSC Server, every things working fine however we have notice that when we are unable to take windows desktop sharing  of a device through WEB Console.

We have traced from klsctunnel utility logs that it still try to connect with the OLD IP of KSC. We have analyze our KSC in detail but did not find any reference to the old IP.

Can any body help.

Hello,

There are two methods to move the system from old KSC to new KSC.

You can create a task called change administration server and define the IP of the new KSC.

OR

You can take remote session of that system and run a utility called KLMOVER via CLI and input the IP Address of the new KSC.
