KSC Network Agent 11 - 1603 Error

Hello Have tried to update are server systems (W2012 R2) Network Agent from 10.5 to 11. Most of them updated fine, and one got this 1603 error about disk spare requirement but the server in question have 40GB spare free on the drives? I removed Windows Server 10.1.1 and the network agent 10.5 with kavremove and then restarted the server, tried it again and got the same error, Not sure where to look for the setup.ini? Thanks

Good day! This Agent 11 installation issue is not the only you'll encounter with. Currently we are performing mass migration to KES 11 with KSC 11 and we register huge number of 1603 errors with failing KES 11 update/installation. And for now we have no any answer or solution from LK support whatsoever.

Hello, perform the following procedures. I had a similar problem on secondary domain controllers. Try downloading the network agent from this link: https://box.kaspersky.com/f/1c1e4b4a7d744dc7a90b/ And install it on your local computer or server. The remote installation did not work for me. Awaiting return.

Kaspersky sent me this network agent so that I could install on some secondary domain controllers that the console's default network agent could not be installed.

Hi. I tried it but it the install language was german. so I had to pass. is there a English copy?

That worked for me on one failing client. But on 5 other Servers it does'nt work. Are there any news? Thank you.

Is this link approved by support ? Should'nt be uploaded on kaspersky ftp ? Anyway i'm looking for FR net agent. I noticied last month too that only my the PDC can be installed or updated with default KSC11 net agent 11.0.0.1131, I didn't take care much of it because we manually reinstalled secondary DC with our previous agent version, but any news would be appreciated :)

does anyone know if they work on a patch a for the agent? or are we forced to regeister a support case?

Hi. I also face this problem. This message appears when the agent is installed.
