KSC - MDM auth cert by mobile devices reissue

Hello! 

What is the correct method to renew the auth cert for mobile devices? I've only found the reserver cert option for iOS MDM.

Sadly our cert has been expired, so we've lost communication to Android devices. Also cert reissue doesnt work.

Is there a way to get this sorted out, or we need to reinstall all mobile devices apps manually?
