Hello Guys,

I created a new KSC linux server and I need to create a user to access the web console. When I run the command /opt/kaspersky/ksc64/sbin/kladduser -n <user> -p <password>, the following message appears:

Failed to create user 'user'
Error - 1194 ('Call SecurityPolicy.AddUser for the instance '' (listener '') does not exist (any more?)')

Would anyone know how to tell me how I can create the user to log in to the web console?

After installing the server, you should have started the setup procedure - step 4

at one of the stages you should have created credentials for the KSC administrator, step 6-m.

Log in to the web console with these data and add the user from the console. Check if you can create a new user.

 

I assume that you have completed all the necessary steps.

We installed the KSC server and configured it. Installed the Web console.

Hello,

I have finished the steps, however, I cannot log in to the web interface. The message displayed is: The Administration Server is temporarily unavailable. Please check the Administration Server connection and try to log in again.

All services have been checked with the commands below, and are working normally.

  • # systemctl status klnagent_srv.service
  • # systemctl status kladminserver_srv.service
  • # systemctl status klactprx_srv.service
  • # systemctl status klwebsrv_srv.service

Что никто не знает, как решать данную проблему в консоли. Какое-то время работает, а потом ни с того, ни с сего консоль недоступна, обратитесь, мол, к администратору. А мне к кому обратиться, если я сам администратор?

Надоело постоянно восстанавливаться из резервной копии.

А все потому что компания касперский-монополист и клепает новые сырые версии каждый день.

Try restarting the dbms service. Then restart the other services and test access.
