KSC Build image [MOVED]

Hi i wonder if anyone can shed some light onto what may be happening. I need to update our build image as we are going to deploy win10 1903 but the image capture gets to 32% and fails with "Access Denied" I have tried using it with the Network Agent installed and without. I have tried using the device that is connected to the network but not added to the domain and visa versa Both server and device can talk to each other and use the network shares required, But the sequence just seems to error regardless of what way around i do it. Anyone else managed to create a new image with 1903 and it has been OK?. We are currently using KSC 11 //Mod Note: moved to proper section.

Could you please confirm that admin server account (KL-AK***) has sufficient privelegies to access shared folder?
