Hi Murali Rajendran,

The issue can be related to many factors :

- KSC services are not running

- Database is offline

- Database is corrupted...

I suggest that you reboot KSC & database server(s). If connection to KSC fails, try to restore database if you have a clean backup : https://support.kaspersky.com/help/KSC/14.2/en-US/13288.htm

If this doesn't solve the issue, please contact our technical support.
