We are facing the same database issue as posted in the russian forum (answer 1):

Is there any solution available?

Also all Clients with Network Agent 13 are getting duplicated. (same as answer 4 in post)

Hi Tannibal,

I have the same issue.

I have logged it with support, and they have suggested this is a wider problem than just us. They are reporting it to Kaspersky HQ.

Fortunately for me, I only rolled the update out to a couple of test devices before pushing it out to all endpoints.

Regards, Stephen

Yeah, seems like this - first customer upgrading to KSC 13 - same DB Errors in event log and admin server service not starting

installed KSC 12 from Backup an now customer has a working server

Hi, I have the same problem here. After upgrading from Security Center 11 to Security Center 13 I don’t have the services anymore. Does this issue have been solved?

Thank you.

Hi Gabriele,

This issue was fixed in a newer release of KSC 13 (though it had the same version number).

When did you download the KSC13 installation file?

Hi Minty, thank you for your prompt response :)

I redownloaded now the ksc_13_13.0.0.11247_full_en.exe disinstalled and reinstalled only the Administration Console because I was afraid not to loose all the configuration files.

Unfortunately I get the same error “http://localhost:13291”: connection refused… The only service that I see in services.msc regarding the 13th version is “Kaspersky Security Center 13 automation object” which I started.

Thank you so much.
