KSC 13 and network agent 13 - no sync and klnagent service down after reboot

Dear all,

we are configuring our new KSC 13.

We figure out that for some of our windows server KSC is not syncronizing.

 

From KSC we see that the server has network agent installed:

but status is critical, saying that the device is not managed.

 

On windows server side, the klnagent service is running, klnagchk seems fine:

I think the problem is here:

 

  Numero totale di richieste di sincronizzazione: 3
  Numero di richieste di sincronizzazione completate: 3
  Numero totale di sincronizzazioni: 1
  Numero di sincronizzazioni eseguite: 1

 

There are 3 sync request, but the total number of sync done is 1 (also in other servers requests are growing but sync done is still 1).

 

How can we solve?

 

I would also add that, if we reboot the windows server, klnagent service won’t start anymore. So, actually for these servers we are installing again network agent (that in the installation phase is able to start) and we are not rebooting servers.

 

I think also this behaviour is not fine...what can we do?
