KSC 12 upgrade: initialization windows

Hello, i’m upgrading KSC 11 to 12 right now.

The upgrading process tooks little time but now i have the initialization windows that run from 30 minutes.

Help!

Should the -Kaspersky Security Center 12 Administration Server - service be started during this initialization process?

Because it is stopped!

i have this error message in Kaspersky events:

i have found a fix on this forum but it does not wok due to “access account can not open the DB KAV”

It is a nightmare...

hi, although I was using a domain admin user, the fix did not have permission to access the DB.  Using the “Administrator” user I managed to apply the fix.
