KSC 12 problem with restore

I have my version 12 backup, created a new VM and installed SQL Server and KSC on the same server. But when trying to restore from the permission failure on the folder.

"Error - Specify a UNC path as the destination folder. Both the Administration Server and SQL Server must be granted write permission for the UNC path."

Which SQL user is this?
How to resolve this error?

I put the user "Everone" in the folder "C: \ ProgramData \ KasperskySC \ SC_Backup" in full control and even then the error persists.

In the backup task, I changed the location, put full control permission and even error.
