KSC 12 event alerts to chat room (in this case Telegram)

Hello everyone,

Any of you here, knows a way to send alerts to a chat room on Telegram, or using a secundary program to allow it?

From KSC12, there is only email, SMS and executable file to run.

From executable file to run, maybe I could use a input argument to a executable that would send the event to that chat room, but didnt found any documentation or examples with that.
