Every time I see this information, every time I install it and nothing change. Could you let me understand how to manage this update?

Hi, Could you please describe with more details what exeactly was done to install the patch? How could you tell that it is not installed?

I'll start by saying that I've never installed KSC patches but the message still appears on the home and the update is reported as approved and to be installed (download mode automatic). Installation status of the patch is: assigned

Nikolay I followed that article but I didn't solve. It seems all properly configured but the update still remains pending

I discovered this event. Do you know if patch A installation require server restart? Installation of updates 'patch_11_0_0_1131_server_a..exe' for software modules of '1093' has returned an error: Need reboot flag is set.

I agree with you FrankB, the problem is that currently I cannot restart our DC server.

Hi all, After server restart patch warning disappeared but where can I view if it has been properly installed? Under server properties I see only 11.0.0.1131.

hello, your server version dont changed... you are right you can see changes in
  1. Report
Create a report on the version of the program "Kaspersky Lab" Open report properties. Click the Details tab. Click Add. Select Report Field Name → Installed Updates. Click OK. 2 . Some files will be changed after install patch A (for version KSC 10.5.17.81), may be it is the same as 11: for KSC
  1. In installation folder of KSC klakcon.dll, klarchive.dll, klbackup.exe, klcsagt.dll, klcsdb.dll, klcskca2.dll, klcsnagt.dll, klcssa.dll, klcssrv.dll, klcsstd2.dll, klcstr2.dll, klcurl.dll, kldb_mssql.dll, kldb_mysql.dll, klpxeut.exe, klserver.exe, Up2Date.exe changed to 10.5.6026, file version kllibeay.dll и klssleay.dll changed to 10.0.1.6.

I discovered the best way, is from report, Kaspersky Lab software version report, select KSC server and check column: Updates installed
