KSC 11 Agent 11.0.0.1131 Service fail to start

Does anyone knows how to fix this problem as it happens since upgrading to KSC 11? All our KSC agent 11.0.01131 clients that use 2 network connection profiles fails to start the services after first installation connection to server and agent policy applied.....after computer restarts the service fails and stay failing and agent doesnt connect to server any more....if i run klcsngtgui.exe always give a message but never start error in some agents logs "Failed to start service "klnagent". #1687 File transfer module not initialized" All our 10.5.1781a version clients works fine with KSC 11 Thanks,
