KSC 10 - Mac Installation Error

Hi, I've got a problem during installation on a client, localy. Installation stopped at 97% with the error upgrade failed, contact .... I looked at the console from my mac, there is only error : can't read path /Library/LaunchAgent/ com.kasvXXXXX.plist I repaired all permissions and using 10.13.6 High Sierra with latest patchs. I tried remote installation with errors too. Only on this mac without any specs. Could you help me ? Thanks Tom

Hi, Please try with the last version: Kaspersky Endpoint Security 11 for Mac version 11.0.0.501b https://support.kaspersky.com/kes11mac#downloads Regards

Thanks for your reply but i'm using also Kaspersky Security center 10 is it ok ?

but i don’t manage the console security center (another society did)

i can only install local antivirus. Without problem on 10 computers but 3 other got errors. Same OS, same version of Kasperksy using or not the agent.

Uninstall everything about Kaspersky, restore permissions,etc won’t work. I think is a little thing missing but don’t find it.
