I recently updated iTunes for Windows. After rebooting my PC KPM did not launch. It is set up to auto launch during start up. I tried to manually launch it but nothing happens. I tried to update it but the message I got was that everything was current. Is there a new version of KPM that I need to install that doesn’t show in the update manager? If so how do I install it? I haven’t had this problem before when updating iTunes. I am running Windows 10 OS build 19041.388 installed on 18 July 2020.

I tried to install KPM but got a pop up window saying that it was already installed. I then reinstalled KTS but still have a problem launching KPM.

Hello, @skayser7 ,

Link to your report: https://www.getsysteminfo.com/report
The password database is available on the website: https://my.kaspersky.com/MyPasswords?
Copy the contents of the %LocalAppData%\Kaspersky Lab\Kaspersky Password Manager folder to the desktop, then rename the folder to 123 in Safe Mode Windows .
In normal mode Windows, uninstall Kaspersky Password Manager without saving any data. https://support.kaspersky.com/common/uninstall/12783#block2
Restart your computer.
Download and install the latest version of Kaspersky Password Managerhttps://support.kaspersky.com/KPM/Win9.2/en-US/63595.htm

You do not need to search for this folder manually, just copy the path %LocalAppData%\Kaspersky Lab\ , paste it into the address bar of the explorer and press Enter

Mod: edit (corrected the path)
