KPM infinite Syncing and not syncing passwords accross devices

KPM goes in infinite sycing and is not sycing passwords accross devices only notes.

Can you access your Vault in the cloud → https://my.kaspersky.com/MyPasswords#/portal/pages/kpm
Also please try KPM subscription → Profile → Logout & Login ?

yes I can access it and I only found my notes and not accounts also other pcs in not sycing I used a VPN and reinstalled the Password manager 

 

I couldn't locate the Logout and Login

Please try this :

KPM → Main → ... Additional (bottom right) → Settings → General → scroll down → My Kaspersky account → [Sign out]
