Hello I have this problem when accessing the password via web version. I am costumer since 5 years, and this is very problematic.

I contacted support and they said to change DNS, which is laughable for this case. Though I tried and didn't solve anything. 


Am i the only one having this issue?

Please try KPM Web with another browser ?

If no fix please continue with Kaspersky Technical Support.
