kmp 最近无法打开,一直显示应用程序损坏,说是DATA文件夹下缺失或损坏,有办法解决吗?

首先,请您登陆“我的卡巴斯基”-https://my.kaspersky.com/,点击“密码”,输入“主密码”之后,检查数据是否保存完整。

如果在没有问题的情况下,请您尝试将 KPM 程序卸载后,重新安装。安装之后,输入“主密码”,同步数据即可。
