Dear user,

Thanks for your message. Could you please share details about:

  1. Which version of Kaspersky Endpoint Security are you using on affected computer?
  2. Is your affected computer a virtual server?
  3. If you recently have enabled "traces"?

This will help us to diagnose better your issue.

Thanks for your posts.

If traces are not enabled, then you must be careful on use of KES 11 on Virtual Machines.

License recommended for protection of virtual assets is Kaspersky Hybrid Cloud Security, where is included KSV for Virtualization Light Agent. This product is developed to protect virtual machines without risks of performance issues.

More details: https://www.kaspersky.co.uk/small-to-medium-business-security/cloud-security or please ask information to your Kaspersky distributor.
