The recent Notepad++ vulnerability, ID as KLA90864, do not show in KSC under Software Vulnerabilities menu.

It shows Notepad++ on my Application Registry, with affected versions, is there a way to force this show and patch it at scale like with other softwares (Chrome/Java...) that have this option on Software Vulnerabilities menu?

Please go through this support Docs https://support.kaspersky.com/ksc/15.1/61502?page=help

To fix Vulnerabilities you have to get Kaspersky Next EDR Optimum.

I do have EDR Optimum license and I have a task configured for vulnerability scan with "Search for third-party vulnerabilities and updates listed by Kaspersky" enabled.

KLA90864 do not show up on Advanced → Application management → Software vulnerabilities, while other vulnerabilities for Google/Oracle/Git show as expected.
