Before writing the 1st comment i installed kis21.1.15.500ru_25433.exe from russian kaspersky site, your link gives kis21.2.16.590en_26095.exe. I’d prefer to install russian version. Can i chose russian language in english installer? Should i wait till the russian one will be updated on the site?

“the problem will be fixed by early November...” no it freaking hasnt. its Nov 10th and still busted. last 2 months of “patches” have broken my pc’s functionality more than i ever experienced.
