Dear Sir,

 

i need your help, my KIS 2019 stop scanning my PC and stop at 1%. why this happen and how to solve it? please help.

i left my PC on for whole day and the scanning hang at 1%….

 

i am using Win10 Pro 1909 version, and my PC hardware as below:-

  1. AMD Ryzen 3900X
  2. Gigabyte X570 Extreme MB
  3. G.Skill TridentZ Neo 32GB Ram
  4. Gigabyte AORUS NVMe Gen4 SSD 1TB
  5. Saphire 5700X Nitro+

From your windows Event Log :
“Disk 2 has the same disk identifiers as one or more disks connected to the system. Go to Microsoft's support website (http://support.microsoft.com) and search for KB2983588 to resolve the issue.”

Also please run as ADMIN AdwCleaner https://www.malwarebytes.com/adwcleaner/ 
1) Please don’t clean eventual detections
2) Please provide the TXT report or a screenshot

attached is the log text file after adwcleaner clean my system…

by the way, i really dont undestand the below event log

i  dont know why got multi same ID disk…..when go to windows support and search for the KB2983588… i really dont understand what is talking about,,,hahaha….i am not PC expert..haha.. please guide me..thank you

OK , AdwCleaner cleaned up some suspicious registry entries.

Can you please disable “Ransomware Protection” in MalwareBytes 4 +  Reboot
Also, In the meantime please contact K-Lab Technical Support https://center.kaspersky.com
Please add in your request your GSI Log.
