Keyboard block on Windows Server 2003 after KES installed and restart

Hello Everybody, Among 3 Windows Server 2003 KES 11 is working fine but on one 2003 Server after restart, Keyboard is not working even changing some more keyboard. As it is Windows 2003, in log in page there is no On Screen Keyboard also! How can this situation be solved and is there anything need to be done in KES for Keyboard allow? Hi, Is it possile to use WSEE8 instead of KES? Please notice, that WSEE8 uses the same license type as KES.

Why WSEE8 though?... The latest KSWS 10.1.2 will do just fine.
