Kes11 client corrupted after upgrade

Hi,

Kes11  client corrupted after upgrade to the latest version kes11.2.0.2254

KsC 11- 11.0.0.1131

we found that after updating the client application to the latest version (11.2.0.2254) web component is failing. And KSC shows the real time protection as stopped.

Hi,

Try to uninstall completely KES, reboot, clean install of KES v11.2.

If doesn´t work, please upload the getsysteminfo (gsi) of the computer withs problems for review.
