kes11 27300 error

Hello. I deleted previous version (KES 10.2.1.23) from my win2008 x32 box via Control Panel and run kavremover in safe mode. I tried to install KES 11.0.0.6499 and got error 27300 with klhk.sys_x86_nt600 driver. Уточните, пожалуйста, установлена ли политика "prevent installation of devices not described by other policy settings"?
