KES Windows XP and KSC 12

Hi guys.

 

Is there any way to work with KSC 12, and clients with Windows XP? Wich is the version of Kaspersky Network Agent to work with?

All actual versions Network Agent support Window XP.

Thanks Demiad, but I confused.

 

I have clients with Network Agent version 10, 11 and 12 (see the image); but when I send to update the virus database ; don’t work. And have the alert database is extremally old.

 

What can I do??

@MFCELLERI , Windows XP is not supported by KES anymore. Last release with support WinXP was KES SP1 MR4 (10.2.6.3733). Antivirus databases for this version have no updates, because 10 June 2020 was a product end-of-life.

Now Kaspersky Lab is recommending to protect WinXP workstations by other products:
Kaspersky Embedded System Security  or use Kaspersky Industrial CyberSecurity for APCS computers. Getting additional licenses is required.

P.S. Network Agent must be the same version as Kaspersky Security Center. You have different versions on hosts.
