We have been using the Android app for the last 2 years without issue. We upgraded to KES11 on our servers about 6 months a go and then moved KES11 to a different server, but we did not experience any interruption with the mobile version. However sometime this past week we have lost connection to the server on all mobiles as well as their licenses running out even though they were due to run out in 2022. We haven’t changed a single setting (as far as I am aware) and I am struggling to find why nothing is connected anymore. The only thing I can think of is that when we migrated servers that something broke and it took this long for it to appear.
