Good Afternoon,

im facing some issue on my organization where user that install KES for windows is unable to use network printer to print. When i try disable the Kaspersky policy, the user enable to print. so i already add some IP for the printer to the Firewall policies inside the KES for windows policy, but in my organization, there is a lot of printer and by adding 1 by 1 IP is not very effective way. So is there any way to enable this network printer to communicate with use PC without add the printer IP.

Thank you

Hello Aramanthine,

Sorry for the late reply if the connection Issue is based in your Firewall Settings you can easy add your Subnet in the Firewall Settings in KES Policy Firewall - Networks and set it as Trusted Network there the Network Packet Rules will be applied and nothing should be blocked by Firewall.
