Morning

We upgraded a handfull of machines to new KES 12.6 from 12.5.

During the upgrade process, 80% of the machines landed up with no network access until rebooting - during reboot BSOD.

Anybody else experience same?

Hello Marcdj88,

I found 2 cases with BSOD with different behavior so I think it is not a bug at all just a conflict with drivers perhaps.

To find out what happen please enable full memory dump in Windows if possible and reproduce the problem.
Maybe it is possible by safe mode without Network

https://support.kaspersky.com/common/diagnostics/3055

How to get a full memory dump when Windows 7, 8, 8.1, 10, or 11 crashes with a blue screen (kaspersky.com)

When the problem is reproduced open a support ticket and provide the full memory dump as also a system report from the test system if possible as described here

(Please run as Administrator and include Event Logs)

Thank you in advance

Best Regards
