KES 11.6 installer doesnt run/start [MOVED]

I have a Windows 7 Pro 32 bits with 2GB RAM and CPU i5 3.2 GHz. Windows 7 clean install, activated and updated, but the KES Cloud 11.6 simple doesn't run or start. After double click or enter, I just shows a running blue circle (like it was going to open up something) but a few seconds later, the blue circle disappear and nothing happens. No installation window, no error, nothing.

Hi,

In my personal opinion you need more memory (Minimum requirements is 2 gb of “free” physical memory) . My recomendation 8 gb or more.

Please open a support ticket in Kaspersky Company Account, attach in the support ticket the getsysteminfo (gsi) for review.

Download the GetSystemInfo tool: https://media.kaspersky.com/utilities/ConsumerUtilities/GetSystemInfo6.2.1.13.exe
