Hi.

I have this problem with all KES 11.2.0.2254, it happened after patch CF1 so please let me know how  to solve it. It’s not a normal behavior, it shouldn’t happens.

I’ve performed a lot of restart without resolve it.

Yes, after a lot of restarts seems to be solved!

In my case, it was about 4-5 times.

A signature update can also require a reboot, that is why I think this was a major signature update.

This problem only happened once, but on several computers.

identical problem for two of my clients around 600 workstations total since maj 11.2 each time windows tuesday was updated. two restart required one for maj windows the other for kaspersky this becomes painful I just went to 11.3 I am waiting to see if the problem has been solved.

I am amazed that there is little back on this problem.

I absolutely agree with you, too few answers, if you don’t solve it open a ticket on the company account page.

I will keep you informed if version 11.3 corrects the problem but apparently I have read the release notes I have not seen any mention concerning restarting reccurent

I have not had this problem anymore, just once. I have CF1 on all KES11.2 installations (as soon as it was published).

all the workstations are also in CF1 but I encounter the problem when updating windows on Windows 10 workstations: Shift windows restart. Kaspersky in turn requests a reboot afterwards.
