KES 11.1.1.126

 

Client is unable to connect a call from Teams Calendar whilst Network Threat Protection is enabled in the Policy.

I can attempt the call and disable NTP have way through dialling process and it connects immediately, leave it enabled and it will fail.

 

Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

Are you by chance connecting though a VPN ? We have a similar problem since a few days : when our home users are connected through OpenVPN (to access work resources), KES not only blocks Teams, but also all network connections on the computer.

It happens ONLY if users click on a Teams meeting link in an email when the VPN is connected...

Same here from yesterday with forticlient VPN . When forticlient vpn is disconected everything works well but users dont have work resources. It works when NTP + Firewall is  disabled.

Yes it works when NTP and Firewall are disabled. I opened a support ticket, hope they find a solution quickly. They asked me to collect some traces with Wireshark, Xperf and other tools

Exactly the same issue, KES 11.2 , VPN Connexion, and Microsoft Teams !

The issue seems to be resolved, without any action on our side. Guys, can you confirm ?

Kaspersky gave me some patch, didnt helped, after week resolved without any action on our side
