KES 11.1.1.126 High CPU and Disk Use Windows 10

We’re running 11.1.1.126 on several Windows 10 machines.  Only a portion of those machines seem to be experiencing high CPU and disk usage issues.  This is behavior we typically see on older machines with not enough computing power but we’re talking systems with 16gb RAM and SSDs and more than sufficient processors.  We’ve done all the tricks for Windows to slow down the usage - disable windows search, etc. but whenever KES runs any sort of task the usage just skyrockets.  I have an open ticket now but wondering if anyone else is seeing this behavior and if so, what they’ve done to fix.  The most recent private fix doesn’t seem to help either.
