KES 11 on Arm processor, Windows 10 64bit version 1903

We are unable to install Kaspersky 11 application on this Windows 10 Arm - Snapdragon processor based laptop - error 27300.

The agent installs OK.  Is this processor supported?

Neither of those links say that the Windows 10 on Snapdragon Arm processor is or is not supported.

There is nothing to indicate that it is incompatible.

You have been provided with the drivers that fails, to install them manually.

I too am having similar issues in installing this application on my Windows ARM processor device (Surface Pro X).  I used to be employed by an antivirus company and often we used Kaspersky as a benchmark for testing our own app which is why I went to this tool due to various reasons and would like to continue using it if it supports these devices.

I belive that Kaspersky does not support clients with arm processors.
