KES 11 keeps removing a exe from a trusted application even thought it is in my trusted list

I have an exception like the image .

 

But KES still deletes the exe.

What more can I do ?

I have already done all but still it makes a Delete on the EXE file caled OptiSynchro.exe

@paulonvalves, you created the exclusions incorrectly.
The “object name” field is not a file name. This is name or name mask according to the classification of the Kaspersky Virus Encyclopedia.

In your case, the rule should be like this:

File or folder: c:\Program Files (x86)\Apisoft\OptiSynchro\OptiSynchro.exe

Object name: *
