KES 10.2 Install error -1

We have one Windows 7 machine on our network for which the KES 10.2 install is failing with an immediate general error -1. The install works on other machines and did on this machine as well, until we had to reinstall KES. The install fails with the same error whether pushed from the KSC admin console or from the standalone installation package. The network agent does install without problems. I tried using KLremover to clean the machine, that did not help. I can find no information on what this error means, or how to resolve it. I attached the setup log file and the more detailed temporary log file. Can someone please help? Thanks!
