KAVFS stuck on "Stopping"

Just installed the Kaspersky Security for Windows Server, after that, we found out the server is stuck due to installed Microsoft Security Essential, we try to stop the service “Kaspersky Security Service" (KAVFS) but now is keep stuck on Stopping state and we even cannot kill the task.

 

May I know is any way to release back the service and remove the Kaspersky Security for Windows Server? Thanks.

Please note, Microsoft Security Essentials is on of the incompatible app with Kaspersky. 

You can uninstall Kaspersky security for servers using the removal utility from your start menu.  Please see details in this user’s guide:
