Hello

We are using a web filter that requires exclusions to be put in place for it to work proper. The web filter is Lightspeed Relay. I have the scan exclusions set but the Lightspeed company still thinks there is something conflicting. Is there a logs or anything that I can run to see if scanning is still taking place within the Lightspeed client?

What version of what Kaspersky product do you use?

The web filter client is not functioning correctly. There are inconsistent blocks.  We are using KAV version 11.1.0.15919. Net agent 10.5.1781 and KSC 10.5.1781

I was think there was some kind of log I could check to make sure scanning is not happening on the exclusions I have in place.

Have you tried to disable kes components one-by-one to figure out which one of them causes the problem?
